Suggest Remedy For Chest Pain And Fatigue From Medication For Sexual Enhancement

Sir I took cobra capsules for sexual enhancement from wedness day to thursday (8 capsules). It contains yohimbe bark extract. It gives me tired, chest pain and nose block. How to get relief from this side effect? The side effect of yohimbe bark is temporary or permanant. I have high BP and taking medicines .
