Suggest Remedy For Chest Pain & Soreness On The Breast

i had finshed my period on the 15th of september. my cycle is 21 days.i have been getting back & neck pains. also slight discharge which is thick clear white & strechy. i had really bad pains under my stomach & cramp pains.when i cough i leak urine. i av no control. also my cheast hurts.my breasts are not sore but do hurt not on the nipple but arond the breast outside what does this mean please explain?
