Suggest Remedy For Chest Pain With High Blood Pressure

Burning sensation on left side of chest, arm and neck. History of high BP. Taking ADCO dapamax. Cure? Hi, i have hypertension and high blood pressure and i am taking a medication called - ADCO Dapamax 2.5mg to help control it, but i still sometimes get a pinching / burning sensation on the left side of my chest and back, aswell as pain and a pinching / burning sensation on my left arm and neck, and a numbing feeling around my heart, and sometimes sharp chest pain near my heart, please can you assist in telling me what this could possibly be ? Thanx

Well come to HCM
Left side chest pain need to be taken seriously until and unless this is confirmed some other etiology, this need to be taken as cardiac problem and the best way to ruled out this is EKG test, get it done if this comes negative then the condition can be managed as hyperacidity, the best drug for this would be Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day, there could be some other causes too which are age and gender related but this information is not given here, take care.
