Suggest Remedy For Chest Pain

I have pain in middle chest that comes and goes every 15 minutes since last night about 9pm. I'm 38 years old with elevated cholesteral and my normal blood pressure is 105/60. Last night my blood pressure wa 130/85. Should I worry about this or this is just a heartburn? PAin is still here and pain elevates from upper area of stomach to the rib cage?

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Pain may be due to heart burn, but is important to rule out any cardiac cause.
You need investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile,ECG in all leads,ECHO,Cardiac markers.Further investigations can be done if needed.

You can take proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole for heart burn.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Hope I have answered your question.
Take Care
