Suggest Remedy For Chest Pain

I have a sharp pain in my chest, that goes straight through to my spine in the same spot. My heart rate is 92bpm, but Ive been at rest for longer than 10 minutes, pain has lasted for almost 15 minutes now, and Im 2 weeks shy of my due date. Ive felt this pain before, just dont know what it is but I dont think think its lasted this long before.

Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
As a rule in chest pain, we need to rule out cardiac cause first.
So get done ECG to rule out cardiac cause.
If this is normal than no need to worry much.
It is mostly musculoskeletal pain either due to muscular pull or unknown injury.
So try to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid heavy weight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
3. Take good painkiller and muscle relaxant.
4. Apply warm water pad on affected site.
