General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there,
A persistent case of acid peptic disease with no relief seems to point towards a h.pylori infection. We need to get these tests performed to confirm-
1) Urease breath test
2) Upper GI endoscopy
3) Serum gastrin levels

The medical treatment can be decided on basis of the reports of your tests. For the time being please ensure you avoid anything that is spicy in your diet, have buttermilk or yoghurt after every meal and avoid lying down soon after a meal. Your medication of tab Rabonic plus and sucrafil is to be continued. Also altroxin dosage is 100 microgram(ug) not milligram(mg). So please check that also and get back to me.

Please feel free to address any further queries to me. I will be happy to help you,
