Suggest Remedy For Chronic Acid Reflux

Acid reflux cause by LPR burns the rear area of upper palate causing irritation, and it burns my voice box making me hoarse. I take Dexilant 60 mg tablets once a day and two Zantac tablets 150 mg. each 2xs/ day. And that doesn t stop reflux. What can I do to get relief.

Hi,

Your disease seems to be related to the stomach called GERD. Here is advice related to your problem:

1. Continue taking Dexilant 60 mg half hour before meals
2. Take tab levorapraid 50, half hour before meals
3. Avoid coffee, tea, alcohol and spicy fatty meals
4. Take food 2 hours before going to bed.
