Suggest Remedy For Chronic Constipation With Discomfort Upon Sitting
Hi, I am a 39 year old female. I have not had a bowl movement in two weeks now. I have taken OTC laxatives, stool softeners. I started drinking raw apple cider vinegar and honey. I drink plenty of water and walk 4 miles every evening. I have been having a lot of pain and discomfort while sitting or standing. Walking has become uncomfortable. What else is there I can do?

As you are suffering from chronic constipation and you are already on laxative and stool softner. I will suggest you along with exercise you may require increased dose of laxative after physician consultation. still if you are not feeling well, kindly do colonoscopy after consultation.
