HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The green color occurs because the stool is passing out so quickly, the bile in the stool does not have the chance to change the stool brown.

If the diarrhea has recently started over the past few days then infection is the most likely cause.
Preventing dehydration is the most important treatment. She would need to get back fluid to replace all that she is losing.

Children can become dehydrated very easily.

Pediatric rehydration fluids such as pedialyte would be best.

Enterogermina may help to slow down the diarrhea and would not affect the other medications.

A stool sample to the lab should also be done.

I hope this helps
