Suggest Remedy For Chronic Flatulence After Gastric By-pass Surgery
I have had gastric by-pass surgery, followed by surgery for a prolapsed bowel and bladder. Since both of the surgeries were only months apart, I m not sure which of these caused the severe flatulence problem that I suffer from on a daily basis. It doesn t seem to make a difference at all of what I eat. I still have it and it s a real problem! Can you help?
The key here is to limit the amount of carbohydrate-rich and fat-rich foods you eat. Carbs and fats lead to flatulence. Eat a diet consisting mostly of legumes, vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. This will help your problem.
