Suggest Remedy For Chronic Pain In The Stomach With Constipation

Hi iv been getting chronic pain in middle of stomach its been on going for about a month went to hospital the thought it was reflux but im still in pain doc gave me anti botics in case i have infection been taking them for 4days still in pain and been taking alot of sweats and been constipated for6days should i go to ae

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of chronic pain in the stomach with constipation. Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons like bowel obstruction, colon cancer, rectocele, poor absorption and improper digestion of food, hypothyroidism and due to dehydration. It could be due to improper diet and less fiber content in diet. Need not to worry. For now eat more fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor will order blood test , stool test , physical examination and endoscopy . Doctor may prescribe laxatives , anti inflammatory , antacids and proton pump inhibitor because constipation can also occur due to acidity.
