Hello
Sarcoidosis: A multisystem disease which may present w/non-specific symptoms or symptoms related to organ -specific involvement .
Pulmonary involvement .
Pulmonary involvement is seen in >90% of sarcoidosis patients.
Symptoms include:
cough, dysponea , chest pain or discomfort.
In your case you are having chest problems , sore throat chest problem and nose (wet).
Since diagnosis is established , so I am discussing about treatment.
Corticosteroid is the drug of choice .
Other agents are
Cytotoxic agents as azathioprim, methotraxate chlorambucil etc
Immunosupressive agents are chloroquine & hydroxychloroquine .
Above mentioned treatment only ,if sarcoidosis is not responding to steroid treatment .So inn my opinion consult a pulmonologist and get his opinion.
Hope this will help you.
