Suggest Remedy For Clitoral Itching With Redness

I have a slight problem that is bothering me about my daughter. The tip of her clitoris is very red and she says it bothers her when ribbed up against her panties. I have a photo of it but don t know if i should post it. Is there any type of medicine she can put on it or let it heal on her own?

Hi.
As per your case history of itching on clitoris.
My treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral fluconazole taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
