Suggest Remedy For Clots In The Periods & Iron Deficiency

i had my gallbladder removed via emergency surger 10/14/2010, but began to vaginal bleed 10/13/10. now the bleeding is liner size. but i am really really fatigued and sometimes lightheaded. i am on the depo just had my last shot 8/20/10. it feels like life is being sucked out my body. or the iron is. i find myself napping then feeling better. but i see small clots with the bleeding, it also does just run down when i am moving i see it more, or urinating *wiping. I have a 5month old and so I really need some help.
