General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
i appreciate your concern
Looking at your history this could be due to URTI like tonsillitis or pharyngitis, peritonsillar abscess

in my opinion you should consult your GP for examination and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin CBC ESR CRP X ray paranasal sinuses

you may require a course of antibiotics preferably penicillin group of drugs and symptomatic treatment as follows
take ibuprofen for pain
antihistaminic drugs like levocetirizine or azelastine nasal spray for stuffy nose
warm saline gargling
steam inhalation
multivitamin supplements with vitamin C

hope this helps you
Regards
