Suggest Remedy For Cold, Dry Cough And Running Nose

Hai,My son 11 months old is suffering from a cold and dry cough for the past 10 days. Urine and blood tests are normal. But, now he is having running nose and also dry cough. Now he is taking Zyrtec for cold and Ambrodil S. But still it is not getting cure. What is the solution?
