Suggest Remedy For Cold Sores On Lower Lips

cannot get rid of a col sore after two months of acyclovir, abeva, lysine taken by mouth and applied on the area . it is just below my lower lip, about size of a quarter. redness is gone but tint pimple like cluster remains.i never had it before. I stopped taking my muscle fuel because it contained l-arginine ,i was only taking it willy-nilly. the only other product that I started around the time of the onset is called IC-5 by BioTRUST it contains cinnamon bark, berberis aristatata root extract, ptercarcarpus marsuplum. fenugreek extract and r-alpha-lipoic acid. I am otherwise very healthy , eat my veggies ,have skin that people admire. what more can I do? please please help

General Surgeon 's  Response
HI.
Since you are healthy, it is not possible to have a herpetic rash / cold sore for so long.. never for 2 months.
Consult a Dermatologist to see what is the real diagnosis to get you an appropriate treatment.
Stop everything else including any local ointment if you are using so that the Dermatologist gets a real picture.
