Suggest Remedy For Complex Tear Of Posterior Horn Of Lateral Meniscus Of Knee

i am 28 years old, i am having the problem of complex tear of posterior horn of lateral meniscus of my left knee since 6 months. now when i am using steps facing problem i cant walk properly, doctor please advise me what is the solution for this, if surgery must after that any complication in my life. my height is 173 cm , weight 75 kg & i dont have any other medical problems.
