Suggest Remedy For Compressed Muscle In The Cheek

I fell three years ago on my right cheekbone and a small stone pitted my face...I pulled it out and I was black and blue for two weeks...embarrassed....so I never went for exam...now it is growing with my laugh line/ I have beautiful cheekbones, however...it no longer looks like a dimple...the muscle and fat are compressed and ruined...I am sure

Well come to HCM
I gone through the given history here, the injury was happened some one year ago, and you pulled out some stone from the wound and then did not go for any clinical examination or investigation, and now there is some swelling you have, so chances of some foreign body could be still inside, and in my opinion X-ray of cheekbone would be necessary, if this turned NIL then infection may be likely, and would need treatment accordingly, hope this information helps.
