Suggest Remedy For Congestion In Right Nose

My right nose is congested and I feel like my right seems muffled. Is it because of the congestion? My ear and throat doctor conducted an audiology test and everything came out good. The doctor said that my right nose was congestion in the sense that there is part inside that touching each other. I ve been using the nasal spray they gave me but not real difference though. Its definitely not as bad as it was a few weeks ago.They also gave me methylprednisolone which I have no taken as of yet. Any help would be appreciated, thank you

Hi,
from history it seems that you might be having congestion in your right nostril giving this problem.
Take some decongestant medicine for 3-5 days.
Put Otrivin nasal drops in affected nostril.
Do Vicks vapor inhalation.
Ok and take care.
