Suggest Remedy For Constant Blocked Nose Causing Breathing Difficulties

My nose seems to have been blocked by something for some years now causing breathing diffficulties ( I have to use my mouth in addition to breath), I feel fatigue most of the time, look tired, my chest feels heavy, I feel something stinging my sides and general weakenss of the body. What could be the problem?
