Suggest Remedy For Constant Dizziness And Blinding Headaches

hi my brother is in the hospital because he had a concussion a few weeks ago but he keeps fainting and having seizures. the hospital figured that out alright but now he is constantly dizzy and has blinding headaches. please help me figure out what it is so he can be home for christmas.
