Hi i am almost scared reading this product s user s review . how long have you being using this product . please put it to an immediste stop . not every product is supposed to do good in your body . it might be beneficial for a few others but have but not necesarily on you . i recommend you getting back to a normal diet with adequate amount of carbs ,proteins ,vitamins and minerals . once your body is back to basic and you are free of such symptoms you can revert to what we call not a short cut to losing weight . exercise and fibre rich diet does help . also screen your self for thyroid and bmr related functions in case you need any.drink plenty of water . i understand losing weight takes time but you need to have patience ,plenty of it ,but please do not revert back to these methods . take care .
