Suggest Remedy For Constant Dizzy Spells

hi there i have been too the doctors and hospital but i keep getting very dizzy turns when i have a dizzy turn and i close my eyes i see a flashing light, and i sweat when they happen, im normally never cold but my temperature has been up and down lately i have had this problem for five days. I have suffered from migraines and diarrhoea all thought the diarrhoea has passed now. But these dizzy turns are very often pretty much constant.thank you
