Suggest Remedy For Constant Knee Pain In Both Legs

Hi Sir,

I am Senthil kumar R, This is regrading to my friend.
Currently he is working in chennai, past few months he is getting knee pain in both leg.
he suggested some specialist in madurai. But its not cured.
Now he don't have interes to go that hospital, because he is always saying nothing...and giving some tablets.
We wants to cure that proble fully.

Can you suggest some ideas or what he can do ?
