for three weeks now i have had a constant muscle spasm in my lower eye area it has developed rapidly in frequency it now happens every 20 to 30 minutes it also affects my vision during a spasm i have also noticed a brown spot on the white part of my lower eyeball should i be concerned and what might be causing this
