Suggest Remedy For Constant Post Nasal Drip With Sinus Cough

I am a retired 63 year old male living in Penang, Malaysia, after moving from Boston , MA. I have both GERD, for which I am taking medication, and chronic sinusitis. About 6 years ago I had sinus surgery after having tried all kinds of nasal sprays, steroids and antibiotics. I was okay for about 2 years, but now all of my symptoms have returned. I have constant post nasal drip, sinus cough, I am clearing my throught frequently, I can t seem to take a deep breath and I yawn or try to yawn frequently and I am tired a lot. I exercise regularly, even though it is difficult at times to breathe. My previous ENT specialists have said these symptoms are all inter related with GERD and chronic sinusitis. Because I also have BPH and slight high blood pressure I cannot take decongestents. I am going crazy with all of these symptoms. Are there any new medications on the market that can relieve these annoying symptoms? Thank you
