Suggest Remedy For Constant Shivering Of Hands

doctor, i am 25 male. when i drinking water or doing something both my hands are shivering. my blood pressure is normal and i don't have diabetic problem. i am suffering this problem since last 2 years.please tell me the solution as soon as possible.thank you
