Suggest Remedy For Constant Watering From Eyes And Nose

Hi,my eyes and nose are constantly leaking.I would be just sitting doing nothing and all of a sudden tears come out,they get tired a lot,as if I m sleepy but I m not & they itch sometimes,this has been going on for months now. My nose is even worse,it just leaks,its not blocked,its just leaking clear fluid,like water,its unbearable.I don t feel any pain,I only realize that its leaking when the fluid is about to touch my mouth. Please help me

Tear coming out of eye is epiphora. punctum dilatation and syringing is to be done to know about pat ency. repeated syringing may open it up. watering from nose may be allergic. Take acti fed tablet twice daily. It should improve.
