Suggest Remedy For Constipation In Children
Hello. My 2 and a half year old started with some constipation 3 days ago. Doesn t have much of an appetite today but has drank a ton of fluids. The last three bowel movements have been extremely hard lumps of stool and very painful. We started pedialax about 3 hours ago. She is still uncomfortable and hasn t had a bowel movement. Anything else we could and or should be doing?

The symptoms seem to be related to constipation.
I suggest using an over the counter laxative option such as Miralax.
I also suggest giving daily probiotics.
