Suggest Remedy For Constipation, Sore Rectum And Blood In Stools

I've been having hard stools and it hurt really bad when I had a bowl movement 2 days ago. There was blood in the toilet and on the TP. It stopped late yesterday but now my stomach is cramping and I can only have a loose, bowl movement that looks light brown and pink. Kind of looks like hamburger. My rectal area is sore as well. I'm scared..

The symptoms like constipation, sore rectum and blood in stools are closely related. These symptoms should be because of hemorrhoids or anal fissures. Hemorrhoids are swollen blood vessels in rectum or anus, whereas fissure is a tear in intestine due to hard stool passage. Both these conditions can cause blood in stools. Whereas fissure is more common to cause sore rectum, hemorrhoids are usually painless. Cause of both problems could be severe constipation.
You should increase fibres in diet. Taking fibre supplements such as psylium, methylcellulose would be helpful. Avoid spicy & fried foods. Eat healthy foods with lots of green leafy vegetables & fruits. You could also increase intake of water. Your problem would decrease with time. In case of severe constipation laxatives could also be taken.

If problem persists, you should visit a Gastroenterologist
