Suggest Remedy For Constipation

hi i just started prozac and got a copper iud extreme difficulties making bowel movement drinking plenty of water and eating tons of fiber. i started prozac on the 3rd and then the iud on the 6th . i had some constipation after starting prozac but now it is way worse since the 8th. i am going with dificulty like every other day and it does not seem like i am going enough unfortunately . Whats going on ?
