Suggest Remedy For Continued Diarrhea In An Infant After Intake Of Catfish And Vaseline

My fourteen-month-old ate catfish for the first time 24 hours ago. She has had diarrhea four times in one day since. About six hours ago, she got into some vaseline and I m not sure how much she might have eaten. Ten minutes ago she vomited. The diarrhea started before she opened the vaseline jar. Is the vomiting and diarrhea an allergic reaction to the fish, or is she vomiting because of the vaseline intake? No blood noticed in the stool, but her vomit was full of fish.
