Suggest Remedy For Continued Pain In Knee After Surgery

I am anupama and this is the mail regarding ailment of my mother, age 57 years.Three years ago my mother Mrs. Veena Singh has undergone surgery by the bone surgeon Dr. P.S. Maini at Sir Gangaram Hospital in New Delhi. in her right knee after an injury, and she has also been diagnosed as arthritis patient,[ though she has problem only in one leg].

Dr Maini was of the view that it was not required to do joint replacement surgery, at the that time and similar advice has been given by other doctors during follow up period. BUT the healing which was expected in post operation phase actually ,could not be, achieved and joint problem still continues.
Having explained you the condition kindly advice me regarding the following;

1) What is the option available with he now. She is having problem in that knee joint only.
2) Does stem cell work here and what would be the source of stem cell I am having stem cell preserved with life cell, for my baby, would that work for her as well.
3) Do knee braces help these patience.
