Suggest Remedy For Continued Ringing Ear After Earwax Impaction

Hello, 5 months ago I had earwax impaction and went to an ENT to remove the earwax. The doctor said that my hearing would go back to normal after a week or so as well as the ringing in my ear would disappear. My hearing got normal after a week but the ringing is still there. We went back to the ENT again after a month and reported that the ringing is still there. He went to check my ears and saw no problem. But I can still hear something. One time I went with my mom to her doctor and prescribed me some antibiotics and vitaminB because he said that it might be because of sinus. I took it and I got better but still there is the sound. Because of this I started to feel worried and depressed. There are times that I can hear my jaw when I eat and as if there would be lump on the muscles near my jaw. My left tonsil have been swelling for almost 5 days and I'm getting paranoid. Please Please Please help me.
