Suggest Remedy For Continuous Pain In The Shoulder

I have continuse shoulder pain since 6 months.I have coronary bypass surgery on 16/09/2004.I have too much gastric problems. My age is 58 years.I have prostrat also.I am on medicines.VIZ: ecosprin 150mg,losar 50 mg,atocor 20,urimax-D,Daxit 50,Exermet 500.Kindy advise.
