Suggest Remedy For Coryza With Excess Mucus In Infants

my 18 months old daughter had coryza for a while...not chesty as much but lots of phlegms and mucus...yesterday night at around 2am she started vomiting mucus ...4 - 5 times....usual dinner ..vegetable soup and rice ....teething is happening but front and down all teeth out...no diarrhoea but her bowel clearance is not that good ...pellety and dry stools...water intake at night mostly and little during the day...she has soups, fruit juice , dexolac premium being underweight...could it be some kind of tummy bug or flu or excess mucus ...whats the management ?...
