Suggest Remedy For Cough And Acid Reflux Disease

i have emphysema and use o2 at home, on top of this i have been unwell since boxing day, with a virus, took usual amoxycillin and predisnolone , dont know if any infection still there, am still SOB, so much so even when sitting, concerned, cant clear throat and have annoying cough when i try, do you think i may still have the virus in my system as its going on 6 weeks now, am to see respitory nurse for annual check or could acid reflux be part and parcel and contributing to symptoms many thanks

I really appreciate your concern, this is could be allergic condition and here antibiotic does not have any role, if this associated with hyperacidity then this need to be first treated to reduce the symptoms, viral infection is very less likely, bronchodilator, and steroid would be helpful here, for steroid you need to be qualified (Your basic information is missing here age and gender ) according to age and gender treatment being suggested, take care.
