Suggest Remedy For Cough & Cold With Low Cholesterol

I am 31 yrs old, height 1 m 80 cm, weight 90 kgs, I feel tired, lazy and cough problem since couple of years. my blood test HDL Cholestrol low result 0.92, SGPT/ALT 46.25, MCV 96.8, MCHC 32.8, RDW-SD 45.1, Neutrophils and Lymphocytes. please advise me.
