hello doctor, I am from Pune, India .This is rainy season in pune, my daughter is 11 yrs old, has some cough and has some nasal congetion, shall I give her sal mucolite syrup today night ,before visiting her doctor tomorrow , her height is 5 feet, weight 39kg

Cough and cold in children are to be evaluated.
Empirically you can give sal mucolite syrup 5 ml tid.
Do steam inhalation.
Consult with the doctor and get treated.
