Suggest Remedy For Cough, Wheezing And Irritation In Throat?

My name is mahesh pillai. Age 26. I am suffering from coughing,wheezing and irritation in the throat. problem is only during the mid night after having the night meal. after having the blood test done it showed that isnopheilla is 10%. I am workng in saudi arabia. i don't have this problem in saudi but when i come to india - kerala i get affected by this on very vacation. i did medication but still no cure.
