Suggest Remedy For Cough With Phlegm

I have severe hard coughing every day around 4:30, I also have a runny nose, cough up clear flem, and coughed so hard tonight that I vomited. I have been told I have allergies, sinusitis, and possibly reflux. How can I stop the coughing? I am very active.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is mild cough then no need to treat this but of course reflux need to be treated and for that it is best to have "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day, and this is nothing to worry, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
