Suggest Remedy For Cough With Sneezing And Runny Nose

I went on vacation this weekend to a very sunny place, and got a little sunburned. And on Sunday night, about 5-9, I felt weak and I had a headache and I had to move slow. Ten, at 10 on Sunday night, as we were driving, I unbuckled my seatbelt and threw up outside the window. Now, Monday and Tuesday, I ve had coughing, sneezing, runny nose, stuffy nose. And, Sunday Monday and still today, I have a very hot face. I was exposed to a sic person on Thursday and Friday, and I couldn t sleep Sunday-Monday night because I was to hot or something. My parents think its heat exhaustion or heat stroke, and also a cold or flu to go along with it, but I m not sure. What do

Hi, Welcome to HCM,
The symptoms seems to be like Viral infection, may be with secondary bacterial infection....i would suggest you to take antibiotics Tab Azithromycin 500mg ( if adult as age not mentioned) once day just few minutes before food( absorption of azithromycin is good in empty stomach) for 3 days..tab montelukast with levocetrizine combination once day at night for 7 days.. and tab paracetamol 5oomg when needed for symptomatc relief..
