Dr. Hanif warmly welcomes you!

Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic HCM. I have carefully worked through your case, and can well realize your health worries. Being your physician, I want to assure, I will take care all of your medical concerns.

Due to the volatile chemicals you got the throat irritation and inflammation of the airways and that made you feel sick and coughing. Cough is actually body's protective response to the respiratory irritants.

You need to take a plenty of clean drinking water. Do gargles with a mouthwash best suited for you. Luke warm saline water gargles are also good for soothing effect on throat and to reduce the inflammation.

Take Loratadine to get help and early relief from the symptoms. Avoid re-exposure and keep bleach bottle away from the reach of the children too.

Hope I answered all of your questions. Please don't forget to add your precious positive feedback to help me able to assist you better in future too. Have a wonderful time ahead.
