Urologist 's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can understand your anxiety.
You seem to have a phimosis, i.e. a foreskin which you cannot retract.
The white discharge, is very likely to be due to an infection.
It's best you see an Urologist and do the following tests :
1. urine routine and culture.
2. blood routine, creatinine,RBS,LFT and platelets. Avoid sex till cracks heal.
You may need a course of antibiotics and ointment over the cracks.
Thereafter, you may be advised a circumcision.
