Suggest Remedy For Cracking And Discomfort In Shoulder

I am 19 years old. Having a lot of crepitus on shoulder (right).. everytime i move around my right hand in circular, a cracking sound not sure what maybe joint heard at my arms.. I don't feel a worst pain, just i feel very tired. a real tired but not pain (numbness on-off), i cant carry heavy object or later feel pain for 3 days especially at upper chest.. Already consult the doctor and they are looking foward for an MRI.. still havent done and waiting the day. what's your opinion? thank you
