Suggest Remedy For Cramping In My Left Pectoral Muscle & Shoulder Ache

I am a 40 year old very active female. I have some cramping in my left pectoral muscle, shoulder ache. I call the nurse hotline on my insurance card and was recommended to go to the emergency room. My EKG was fine, said it possible could be a pinched nerve and I was sent home with 2 vicodin two weeks ago. I have been taking some ibuprofen which sometimes helped. Just wonder if this will go away or do I need to head back to the doctors office?
