OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,
Ovulation causes watery white discharge and often the discharge is also copious. Mild cramping can occur and this usually corresponds to the side from which ovulation has occurred. Bilateral cramping pain usually points to some tubal involvement. Also, burst of discharge is seen when there is a ruptured ovarian cyst. Please exclude such possibility also through a sonogram. This will also help to reveal if ovulation has occurred. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
