Hello,
You have not mentioned if you are sexually active or not. If sexually active, you should wait for a couple of days. If you do not get your periods then you should get a
pregnancy test done with the first, morning, mid stream urine.
Get clinically examined by a Gynae, get required blood workouts, imaging tests done to confirm pregnancy. You will be accordingly managed. If not pregnant, you will be asked to get tests like T3, T4 ,
TSH, Hb%, CBC, Urine tests, etc., done to detect medical conditions causing you such symptoms. You will be accordingly treated.
In the meantime, take rest and adequate sleep at night. You should also take home made nutritious food, fruits, berries, veggies, etc. Stay away from addictions if any.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
