Suggest Remedy For Cramps In The Stomach And Abdomen

I'm 33 weeks and 5 days and I am having very bad cramps in my stomach and abdomen, plus when i use the bathroom I get such bad pressure in my abdomen that I makes me want to cry and this has been going on all day, would anyone know what may be wrong I know that I am currently dilated 2.5cm and 60% effaced -2. ?
